I understand that I am buying a kit, and not an assembled product. I verify that I have had the opportunity to look over the FAQ and the construction manual (at the bottom of each product description) and that I think that the people I am buying these kits for will want to try to build these kits.
I understand that I am buying a physical and intellectual product, and that no refunds will be given unless the item is defective, damaged in shipping, or returned in unopened condition as sent. Removing the plastic shrink-wrap constitutes opening the kit. If the kit is returned, it will be subject to a 25% restoking fee. Unless there has been an error on our side, shipping fees are not refundable.
Finally, I understand that in the case of International Orders, Morris Models is not liable for any product once it has left the US.
I agree to hold Morris Models and all its agents harmless with regards to any of its products. I will not knowingly attempt to reverse-engineer or be a part of an attempt to reverse-engineer any Morris Models product.
